Tutto perfetto.
Anche in assenza di condizionatore non abbiamo assolutamente sofferto il caldo. Letti comodi e bagno spazioso.

L’accoglienza, la cortesia e la disponibilità, ci hanno dato suggerimenti per visitare le località vicine, portando anche il nostro cane. Infatti non ultimo il fatto che sono pet-friendly, ho potuto portare il cane con me.

The staff is wonderful. Helpful, polite and very welcoming.
The hotel is situated at the quiet foot of the beautifully maintained old castle town on top of the mountain. The pizzeria/ristorante of the hotel is exceptional. A must go-to.
The rooms, reachable only by elevator are pretty basic and very clean, the beds are surprisingly comfortable. Being high up, no air-conditioning (but there is a ventilator) wasn't a problem since it's cool at night. No mosquitos either.
The bathroom is clean and actually very nice. It has a wash basin, shower, bidet and toilet.
Breakfast is the classic Italian sweets and coffee from 8 to 9. You do get yoghurt and juice as well, so I would say it's actually one of the better ones out there.
There's also a ton of parking right next to the hotel (if you come up the mountain, to the right of the pizzeria there's a whole parking lot for the Hotel).
Lastly, I visited with my Labrador and the owners (being dog lovers) made no problems about her. There's a cat around the premises and they have a small dog as well. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
Arguably the absence of warm water in the shower. But with hot weather like this, I would even dare to call it a positive thing, I didn't mention it to the staff, so I've no idea if this was maybe a one off thing or not.
