CUVEE J2 HOTEL OSAKA by Onko Chishin

We had a lovely three nights stay in the 9th floor room of this property. A few things we absolutely loved: 1. The large, airy size of the room makes it appear more like a modern studio apartment with the floor to ceiling windows providing lots of natural light despite the rainy weather we had. 2. The two beds were really the most comfortable ones I have had the pleasure of sleeping in in a hotel. We literally did not want to leave our beds in the morning! 3. The always-ready hot water bath was another highlight here. It was the perfect soothing remedy after a long day of shopping or fun at USJ. 4. We thought the large projector in the living space was a great addition to the room. Sadly, we only had time to enjoy one movie night as we spent most of the time outdoor. Overall, the staff was really friendly and helpful including: offering us a welcoming champagne drink, making restaurant reservations on our behalf and giving us recommendations on the nearest laundry shop. Also, the night staff was very kind and attentive. We thought we lost a medical device but they quickly responded despite the late hours, helping us to find the item in the end.

The only thing I would probably bring to the attention of the hotel staff is the furniture arrangement above the make-up desk in our room. The position of the overhead furniture is a bit too low in our opinion. Indeed, we accidentally hit our head on two occasions when getting up from the chair at the desk.

The property was nice and spacious and staff were excellent and very very helpful

Rooms are big and confortable, the staff is helpful and special thanks to David who helped us a lot during our stay, without waiting for anything in return. Also the sushi restaurant is the best experience of my stay in Japan ! Thanks to the great chef!

I disliked the breakfast, in the room and very poor in my opinion.
