Exceptional view at Osaka castle as well as interior design.
Even from the 7th floor you could hear the street noise very loudly. For a 5 star hotel this is not acceptable. When asking for a discount they just ignored it and sent cookies as an apology. -.- If you value a silent sleep I recommend looking for other options.
