Our stay was exceptional in every way. From arrival to departure, every staff member we encountered was warm, courteous, and genuinely attentive. The hotel room itself was beautifully appointed, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed, with serene views of Osaka from the high floor.
Housekeeping stood out for their remarkable care and precision, ensuring comfort in every detail. The front‑of‑house team were equally gracious and welcoming and arranged a welcoming gift for our anniversary celebration. It’s clear that the heart of this hotel lies in its people — their professionalism and kindness made all the difference.

Location near to the station was very good, rooms very clean and well furnished.
It was the only hotel that we stayed in Japan where the staff were nowhere near the standard I would expect. We were made to feel quite unwelcome at times and so we avoided spending any unnecessary time in the hotel. This contrasted completely with other hotels during our visit and as a result I couldn’t possibly comment on the standard of food and services available. We were very pleased to leave.
