地理位置，硬件设施。
员工培训需要大力加强。从预定开始就业务超级不熟练，问任何事情，虽然态度很客气，但都没法给予回答，他们只好再和其他人核实。哪怕一件小事，是否可以送拖鞋到房间这一个简单的问题，都要告诉你，我们需要确认一下是否可行，让人醉了。
