Incredibly helpful staff, extremely functional rooms. Exactly the kind of base of operations we needed to explore Kyoto. We ran into an issue health-wise that disrupted our stay and the staff was supportive and helpful.

Lovely area to stay, close to the subway with a few very nice cafes and restaurants on the main street. The washing machine was a lifesaver and a laundromat for drying the clothes a quick 6min walk away.

i feel like there was mold in the apartment, i dont have proof but the rooms felt moist and i felt sick during the stay
