The location is very good if you like to shop and be close to restaurants and bars: just a few steps from Les Halles and a very short walk to the beautiful main square of Dijon with the magnificent Palais des Ducs. The apartment is spacious and has a little courtyard where in the summer you can enjoy a drink.
Parking is an issue on market days if you travel with a heavy load. You need to make sure that you are not tolled away.

Hervorragende Lage, um die Stadt Dijon kennenzulernen. Liebevoll modernisiertes, geräumiges Apparment mit sehr gutem Ausbaustandard.
nur kleine Unzulänglichkeiten: Parkplatz war entgegen unserer Erwartung nicht enthalten, jedoch nah und günstig in einer öffentlichen Tiefgarage verfügbar. Die Ausstattung ist teilweise nicht in gutem Zustand (Terrassenstühle, Klotürgriffe, Sockelleisten, Türblätter, Küchenschrank-Türdämpfer Espressomaschine); insgesamt aber zweckmäßig und ausreichend. Terrassentür nicht abschließbar; die kleine Terrasse ist jedoch von einem hohen Blickschutz umgeben.

L'emplacement en hyper centre est vraiment parfait malgré un peu de bruit dans la nuit dû au réveillon du Nouvel an (ce qui est compréhensible).
Le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui nous a obligé à faire notre vaisselle à la main le soir du réveillon, de même pour notre petit déjeuner.
L'absence d'enceinte pour pouvoir écouter de la musique dans l'appartement.
La petite TV et l'incapacité de nous connecter avec nos téléphones à nos comptes Canal Plus sur la TV.
