Our stay at Kochi Bella Villa was such a lovely experience. The location is very convenient, right at a central junction but away from the busy tourist streets, so it felt like a nice balance between being accessible and having a comfortable space to come back to.
The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and we especially enjoyed having the common areas to sit, relax and cook.
But what stood out the most for me was the warmth of the people. Shan bhai and Shahid made us feel so welcome from the beginning. Since it was our first time in Kochi, it was really reassuring to have someone around who was so approachable and happy to help.
Shan bhai was incredibly thoughtful and went out of his way for us on multiple occasions. You can tell that he genuinely cares about his guests and wants everyone staying there to have a good experience. His warmth and willingness to accommodate everyone’s requests really made the stay feel personal rather than just like a hotel stay.
We left with a really positive feeling about Kochi, and a big part of that was because of the people we met here. Would happily stay at Kochi Bella Villa again!

The hosts were very kind and nice. The breakfast was also very good. Room was very clean. Location was great to visit Fort Kochi.
The room is quite basic but for the price it was a very good value.

Location of the property is good.
Hot water was continuous.
No complaints about staff.
Very small room. AC not much cooling. Small cupboard (if one can call it). No hangers.
Limited choice of breakfast (bought from a restaurant nearby)
