We chose 3 rooms with fans only for our group. The rooms are recently renovated, comfortable and clean. The shower is the best I experienced in India. The location is good, within walking distance or a short tuktuk ride. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

This is a brand new hotel with a lot of thought by the owners to make it perfect. Although slightly away from the main area, Kochi is small and easy to walk to everywhere. There's a nice art cafe just around the corner.

No facilitie for breakfast
No TV,no towel or soap,no receptionist during night..found difficult for even to get drinking water..(bottled),AC making noise
