Very disappointing stay!

The location was good as was right in the middle of the city.

The room didn’t match the expectation of the photos shared on the site or in this photo. There were no soft furnishings on the bed like the photo. The duvet cover had rips, stains on the wall, mould in the shower and a strong damp smell, toilet holder hanging off the wall and mould on the wall in the bedroom. The sheet hardly covered the bed either and the pillows were so thin we had to use the spare quilt as substitute pillows. The sofa was very uncomfortable and felt like it may have been broken in the middle. Not at all what we were expecting from this accommodation. It felt like a student house .

Mooi ruim appartement midden in het centrum van Nottingham. Alles op loopafstand en met de openbare bus heel goed te doen. Een vraag of er een extra dekbed kon komen werd direct geregeld.
