It's my second time in this place, I liked it the first time so I came back! The flat is spacious and has everything you need. It's fantastic location, quite local decor which makes the stay unique.
Downstairs there is a restaurant and they like to put some music - it's not too bad but good to know.
At the arrival this time I had little weird situation as at 3:30 pm the rooms were not ready... Checkin is at 4 pm but I message the owner and then the cleaning ladies showed up, overall the room was not ready at 4 pm but we went out to have a bite and came back after. Overall, the situation was resolved and the owner was responsive. Last year everything was perfect in terms of checkin so this experience didn't impact on my opinion of the place.

Location in middle of Umbria Jazz. It was available at short notice.
Old fashioned furnishings. Needs a paint job. No meet and greet. No coffee machine. Not even a complementary bottle of water.
