Stay was just fine. Remote missing but then provided. Door frame shows outside light all around. Management indicated remodeling being done and they would address for heating/air. Breakfast great each morning, very clean, microwave and refrig freezer adequate.

The check in was super easy. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great! Most importantly we left an important blanket and they boxed it up for us and mailed it to our home after we emailed them a label.

Room was very clean. Staff very friendly and were anime fans! My kind of people. Highly recommended. Breakfast included hot meal of eggs and sausage in addition to cereal muffins toast and etc. Coffee and oj there too.

The cleanliness was a problem. There was a dirty washcloth on the shower-crusty even. There was also a dirty towel on the hanger. Made me question how much cleaning had taken place.

The Quality Inn on Engle is a superb place to stay. The family that runs most of the day to day is amazing. Everyone was so kind, courteous and helpful. The place is also clean, convenient and in good repair. It's pretty quiet most of the time and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of hot water, water pressure and the breakfast buffet was a great bonus. I even needed to extend my stay and the staff made sure it was seamless. They just rescanned my key card and I stayed in the same room. I can't tell you how many times this simple process has been much more complicated and difficult at other hotels. I wish I could give the staff 20 stars and will definitely stay here again. Thank you!!!

For a motel in the city, this Quality Inn isn't bad. It's clean, comfortable, and friendly. Staff is very nice. I did NOT see people loitering, drug activity, or people who appeared to be living there (my past experience at motels and the reason I avoid them). A small breakfast buffet is available from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. There is a laundry room on site. The Quality Inn is conveniently located off the freeway and near many restaurants.

Older facility but perfectly adequate room w 2 queen beds. Easy walk up to second floor. Quiet area with eateries minutes away. Immediate access to highways and airport.

Need to have safety rails on the wall in the bathroom and a non-slip surface on the tub. This was a glaring need. staff were courteous. It was cold and entrance to the room was outside the office - not ideal.

The room smelled smoke, the toilet vas dirty, the floor was dirty, there was an old used towel in the shower, the toilet paper was almost empty and there was no new paper on the room. But the bed was pretty comfortable.

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. There were some cosmetic items with the walls, a burn hole in the chair, and toothpaste residue in the sink. It was late and I had my disinfecting wipes with me, so I did not bring the toothpaste residue to the attention of the front desk. Very quiet stay and easy access to I-71.

Everyone was super nice and accommodating. Breakfast was simple but tasty. If we were running a bit late in the morning and phoned down to the front desk they would hold breakfast a little later for us. Will definitely be going back! Staff was super attentive to our needs.

Door handle was a little weird to open. I had to pull it upwards to open the door. Towels were small. And there is not much amenities (shampoo and soap etc..)

Stated check in time starts at 1 p.m. I got there at 7:30 p.m. and they weren’t sure if my room was ready. Front desk called housekeeping who said they just needed to drop off a couple towels, so they let me check in and gave me my key. Went up to the room, which was not locked and walked in. Plenty of towels, but the tub and sink had not been cleaned at all. There were multiple blood stains on the tub and a lot of caked on grime. Sink was gross too. One of the hanging hand towels had makeup stains all over it. I had to fix the window curtains because they looked like they had been ripped down and didn’t fully close. Beds were made but there were a bunch of little particles on the sheets. Door deadbolt seemed to work, but the swinging bar lock above only had one of the two parts installed. This is a cheap hotel and you get what you pay for, but the guest rating on this site is misleading because there’s no way this is an 8+ property. Beware.

The property location is closer to the airport. It is also perfectly located in the area where you have other hotels and restaurants at walkable distance. The rooms were big enough and decent looking. Except the bedding looked a little shabby and some of the furniture were damaged. Overall stay was comfortable and quiet. Would recommend if you are on budget travel and need one/two night stay.

It’s an older building and it looks outdated. But beds were surprisingly comfortable. Compared to other hotels in the surroundings, it was so much cheaper! We didnt need bells and whistles for just one night and this place was just right!

Orbitz had this hotel rated as a, “9” and it was more like a 2. The hotel was rough and dirty. There were dirty socks in the bathroom and hairs all over the toilet. Sheets were dirty and stains on the comforters. I did not feel safe staying there with my child. I found out the hotel was just purchased and under renovation. The staff really responsive and understanding. I was refunded my money with no issues. She was at the room with her cleaning staff to address the issues. It would have been nice for a better understanding of the status of the hotel before reserving the hotel.

We did not end up staying at this hotel. We left immediately. The room had gum on the floors, with hair all over the gum. The bed wasn’t cleaned, and there was trash in the room still. Also the fridge wasn’t cleaned. I have pictures to show this. I checked in, and went straight downstairs to the lobby and told them we are leaving. They said they would be refunding us for the stay. I just checked my bank statement and I was charged for the full stay. I would like my money reimbursed immediately.

Property was poorly lit if at all. Room was dirty. Hair in tub and on bathroom floor. Urine around base of toilet. Floors unswept. We had a room on the backside of hotel with no parking lot lights on. Very unsafe feeling. Breakfast was very minimal so we did not eat.

There were a few maintenance issues with our room which we mentioned to the desk clerk (manager) as we checked out in the morning. She assured us they would be addressed and thanked us for letting her know. Both desk clerks we were in contact were very nice and friendly. Not real impressed with the morning breakfast, scrambled eggs, sausage (turkey, I think), waffles, hot cereal packets, cold cereal, yogurt, some fruit, bread, bagels. No danish for those of us with a sweet tooth Would I stay here again? Probably - good price

This location and one other for the quality inns have exceeded my expectations. All of the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Check in was an extremely smooth and quick process. My room was ready and it smelled clean and new. It had new laminate flooring which was installed well and looked great. The bathroom was clean and recently upgraded by installing new tile and resealing the tub. All of the caulk and grout were intact and with out any staining. The hot breakfasts were a pleasant surprise. It was a bonus to have hot scrambled eggs, sausage and a waffle. There was also toast, bagels, danishes, and muffins. And cold choices included cereals, fruit and yogurt. I’m sure I’m missing stuff. But so much stood out to make it a great experience. Will definitely stay here again.

Room was very clean and looked like it was recently updated. I would have liked to have had a comfortable arm sofa style chair to sit in, other than the padded seat wooden desk chair or bed to sit on, as there seemed to be a lot of space. The fridge was large and there was a small microwave which was nice. The receptionist was very nice and welcoming, with a pleasant/happy presentation, although some conversational pieces were difficult to hear/understand. There were some really good area maps in the lobby as well.
