Take a relaxing stroll down the river into the open waters of Lake Huron. Excellent fishing and boating opportunities. (kayaks and canoe on site) Spend some time hiking on the trails in the Pinery Conservation or checking out the many stores and restaurants in Grand Bend. Retreat to the back yard for an evening fire and s'mores while watching one of your favourite movies on the large outdoor screen.
Walkouts to 3 large decks for kicking back to relax, read a book, sunbathe or BBQ and enjoy a meal outside.
An additional deck located near the river, great for morning coffees, evening cocktails and watching wildlife, boats and canoes go by.

The main living space on the upper floor is open concept with the kitchen overlooking the living area with a walkout to the front upper deck.
