Enjoyed our classy spot few steps away from the sand clean and comfortable place. Nice fireplace, amazing hot tub. Great communication with the property manager will definitely come back. Said steam shower the steamer didn’t work but it actually got super steamy. Ended up being amazing close to so many things.

We had a fabulous time at this property...ocean, boardwalk, restaurants, bars, amusement park all right out the front door!!! The condo was nicely appointed and had everything to make us feel right at home, the hosts were very attentive and checked in with us often!! The ocean view from the living room couch is impressive but the view from the master bedroom with the sliding glass wall is epic!! We had an unforgettable 10 days!!!

Amazing Location. Beautiful view. My kids loved going from beach to hot tub all day and I was able to stay in one place and watch them. Loved the view from bedroom and living room. We will be staying there again for sure. So nice to have a stocked kitchen with all the cooking essentials and some of the cooking essentials like sugar, oil amd some spices.

All was as advertised. What more can you ask for? It’s got a bit of a funky upscale 90s vibe which was fun for us 60ish folks. Loved the corner full opening windows/screens in the main bedroom.

The place was great. Very clean and well supplied with everything we needed. The views of the ocean and beach were fine, although not as good as some other places due to the fact that the unit was more in the rear of the building, but we had much more privacy due to that and the fact that we were on the second floor. The only thing that was lacking was AC, so I would imagine it could get pretty warm during the summer months, but the week we were there in September the temperature was mild and there are fans to use.

This unit is great. Had everything we needed for 5 nights at the beach. Close to everything. Hot tub was a major plus for the cold days. Only complaint was the floor was sandy (it' the beach I get it but it was pretty gritty) and the rug in bedroom and the dining room chairs are very dirty.

Excellent location and right on the beach. Like most rentals on mission needs some updating and general maintenance. Couch and rug, dining chairs have stains (would recommend against fabric in a rental) guest bath toilet paper holder off the wall, lots of flys in the unit. Which is a common issue in mission. All relatively small stuff.

The location can not be beat! Right on the beach and walking distance to some great restaurants. Very quiet and safe area. The downfall was the unit we were in did not have much airflow and the fan provided did not work so we had to go purchase some fans. Some minor fixes could be done, but would not stop me from renting again.

The location is perfect. We left our door open in the bedroom to hear the waves at night. You walk out onto the boardwalk onto the sand. The condo had everything you need in the kitchen to cook. We loved our stay and will stay again soon.

Our favorite place about this place was the location! We loved being so close to the beach and believe we were really in a great spot on Mission Beach. The beds were comfortable and the unit was well equipped. We appreciated all the extras that were provided.

We stayed 7 nights, our family enjoyed every minute of it. right on the beach and appartment was enough for all 4 of us.close to everything. We loved the kitchen as we cooked most of our meals. Patrick the maintenance guy was very friendly and helpful, showed me some nice spots to fish and actualy went out with me one night to fish togather. It was awsome. Thanks Patrick. We will definitely stay there again.

This condo was spacious with a large kitchen and dining area. Master bedroom with ocean view. Location was perfect for our family, including teens, who loved the beach right in front, jacuzzi after swimming, and walking everywhere they wanted to go. We hope to stay here again!

We planned a three day getaway and this home did not disappoint! The proximity to the ocean couldn’t be better. The sound of waves crashing put us to sleep each night. It can be loud in that area but the 10pm noise ordinance helps! I would definitely stay here again!

This was our first time renting a beach condo. We typically stay at the Catamaran Resort. This is much better! Unit I kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need including blender! It's also larger than units to the front of complex as stated. This bit of extra space makes a big difference and allows for a dining table (not included in smaller units). We stayed early October and as mentioned in other posts, it can get stuffy with door and windows shut, but cooled after opening (no AC I could find). You will use the fans at bedtime. Ralphs Supermarket is close by for any supplies you might need. After 1 shopping trip we didn't drive anymore. You can rent electric scooters from Lime or Bird via app (family adventure!) to get to Belmont Park, restaurants or anywhere you like. One tip about the scooters. If your phone battery dies the scooter stops with no warning. This caused my wife to crash avoiding the scooter in front of her. Our neighbors were all friendly. The grill was great for steaks. A grounds person cleaned up the premises, jacuzzi and windows daily. The parking spot fit our Highlander no problem. The wood pole is not a big deal. We watched dolphins from balcony while having coffee in the morning! Our 3 teens loved everything about this place and so did we! We will return.
