CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

Location excellent. Pool great. Room clean BUT needed a lot of up grading and maintenance. Towel racks fell off the wall. Toilet paper holders fell off the wall. The bedroom with the bunks had only a small floor lamp and if you touched it or the cord at all it went off. Also that bedroom was very very small. Pictures were deceiving! Needed some bathroom upgrades. Caulking needed replaced. Paint and walls needed some repair. Furniture could be upgraded. But we made do considering we had already invested the money. We are not high class by any means but have been in other condos over the years and paid less and got a lot more. Also one thing that maybe only applied to us because we had a two year old but the table tops with the sheets of glass on them especially the trunk in the middle of the room kept getting pushed so that the corners would stick out and cause a real safety issue.

One roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, one trash bag and the smallest bottle of anything wasn’t sufficient for 8 people. No condiments The place was clean with clean beds. Great views! Plenty of hot water for us all. Oh yes .. the pull out couch was fine if only kids are sleeping on it and communicating with them wasn’t the greatest.
