The warm wood tones, soft grays with pops of color, and the overall feeling of comfort, contentment, and coziness in the Danish Hygge design and mentality are layered thru-out the home to create a welcoming atmosphere for family and friends to gather Centrally located in Yosemite Forks, in middle of the 'golden triangle' of 1) Yosemite National Park South Entrance [22min / 12.4mi] 2) Oakhurst Town (for supplies, gas, EV charging, and restaurants) [9min / 4.6mi] 3) Bass Lake, beautiful fun lake activities [7min / 4.0mi]. Recently remodeled 1300+ sq ft, with back and front decks, Adirondack chair seating under the stars, High Speed Mesh WIFI, Apple Homepod Mini in each room, open floor plan with sight lines from the kitchen, dining room and living room, perfect for large groups or multiple families and friends to gather. Outdoor slippers provided at backyard entrance. - Absolutely NO PARTIES ALLOWED. - Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM. - This is a quiet family neighborhood, please be respectful. $500 fines will be enforced for noise complaints and parties. - No smoking - Outdoor string lights on house are programmed to turn on at sunset and turn off at 10:30PM
