This was the perfect location. Perfect home. And perfect hosts! They were incredible! The location is in the middle of everything. It is all about a 10-15 minute drive to downtown and gaslamp. Thank you Ryan and Sue for being so amazing!

This cute little rental was close to everything we wanted to do. It was clean and quiet, and perfect for a relaxing long weekend. It is a small space, but we were out every day enjoying San Diego and didn't need any more space. The patio was the perfect spot to visit with our local friends.

This place is perfect if you intend to explore San Diego. Terrific location easy to get literally anywhere may it be the beach or downtown for dinner. I highly recommend this little gem!

Sue and Ryan were excellent hosts, greeting us as we arrived and reviewing all the amenities and options available. Conveniently close to the freeway and Mission Bay, this is an excellent location to get a quiet and comfortable sleep. The room was fully equipped for a small space, efficient and well designed. This studio is barely big enough to change your mind in but why would you want to? It's beautifully decorated with high end everything. The king bed with the coziest, softest bedding is like slipping into a dream. The towels are plush and plenty. The hosts provide little touches that add to not only convenience but charm. A few drinks which included sparkling waters, rum mixers, (mini fridge) wine and coffee/tea for the Keurig. There are bio bags for pets, an umbrella, beach chairs, bicycles and helmets. This is a safe, clean, quaint and quiet neighborhood only about 10 minutes from parks, beaches, food and entertainment. We have traveled a bit, even outside the country and this is absolutely one of the cleanest, cutest most comfortable and convenient room we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend.

Ryan and Sue are awesome people. They are nice, helpful and have great suggestions for places to go in the area. This is a perfect little place to stay! It’s clean, and comfortable (really comfortable bed, and bedding) with everything you need and more! So many great touches! We easily rode bikes from the house to pacific and mission beach, it’s in a great location for everything! Can’t wait to stay again next time we’re in SanDiego.

Great room, easy access to highway. The place was charming and very clean. They provided small snacks (for me and my dogs) and coffee, which was great when rushing to walk the dogs in the mornings. Owners were very attentive and friendly. Their attention to the small details definitely makes a difference.

We loved Sue and Ryan’s modern studio. The king size bed was comfortable and the rest of the accommodations were perfect. We liked the fact that we could park right in front of the studio. Easy to unload and load. Only a short distance by car to the beach. Free WiFi and a beautiful big screen tv with access to all the internet tv apps. Everything was there from cups to glasses to refrigerator to Keurig Coffee maker (including coffee), to toaster oven and microwave oven, and much, much more. We truly enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I came to San Diego for a week long visit in July. This home was the perfect location for us, and we enjoyed our stay here so much. The room is beautiful and has everything you could need or want. Sue and Ryan have anticipated your every need. It's there! If you haven't found what you need, open a drawer or a cupboard, because I promise you, they've thought about it and have provided it for you. Ryan was so helpful with travel advice and most of our days were spent doing what he suggested. The location of this home is not in a stunning neighborhood, but it's a beautiful home with a beautiful patio, and Ryan and Sue are the very best hosts. The bed is super comfortable! My husband is 6'8" tall with a very bad back. The bed was awesome! This location allowed us to go across the street to Mission Bay every day and do a really long morning walk on the paved walkway. Additionally, it was super easy to jump on I 5 South and go into downtown San Diego or get on I 5 North and go up to the beaches. Several times, we drove up I - 5 North and came back down Hwy 101 (Ryan's suggestion!) and it was so easy and enjoyable. If you're a sushi lover, the primo sushi place in all of San Diego is a less-than-five-minute-walk from this VRBO. And next door to that is an amazing Thai restaurant. During our stay we visited Sea World (5 minute drive away!), Old Town, San Diego Zoo, the Midway Museum, Pacific Beach, La Jolla Cove, Torrey Pines Beach and hiking trails, Coronado Island, Balboa Park, and even more. All of it was easy to drive to with our rental car and close by and so accessible. This is the place to stay if you want to be able to see a lot of different things in the San Diego area.

Sue and Ryan were helpful, gracious hosts. The studio was well-kept and is perfect for one or two people. It had everything my son and I needed. We loved riding the bikes around town and to the Bay and park! The owners left a very helpful binder full of local information. The location was central to everything we did. We enjoyed it very much!

Sue, Ryan and their two dogs Togo and Tiigo are amazing hosts! The room was made up beautifully. It was well thought out, clean, and had little touches of home-like feels everywhere. We even enjoyed their outside patio and used the bbq a few times, which was very nice. Better than a hotel for sure!

GREAT location - convenient to EVERYTHING! We had everything we needed and more - loved the updated decor!! Appreciated the bikes and we used them as soon as we got there to ride to the beach. The binder full of restaurants, places to go, etc. in the room was so helpful - we used it for a lunch suggestion and for where to go to hike. GREAT recommendations!! Thank you so much, Susan!! :-)

I loved my stay! Sue and Ryan are outstanding people. The studio is extremely clean and spacious. The location couldn’t be better! Your are 10-15 minuets from everything!! You can even run, walk, or bike around Mission Bay and leave from the studio. Both Sue and Ryan know the area so well, they have a book of places to go and they are all worth it! I highly recommend this place! I know I’ll be back!!

Very well appointed, centrally located studio with a beautiful, outdoor patio space in the Pacific Beach section of San Diego. Easy access to the beach, Old Town, downtown, Gas Lamp District, Little Italy, Embarcadero, Coronado, Mission Bay, La Jolla etc. The owners were gracious, knowledgeable & accommodating hosts. Will definitely return next time we’re in Southern California.

The studio apartment worked out well for us. It was compact, and had everything we needed! It was very clean and comfortable and was only a short drive to the beach. We slept well and the apartment was quiet. The hosts were very friendly' although we were on the go so much , we just had time to say hello. We appreciated the Keurig, water, wine and snacks! Thank you!
