Very convenient and close to stores and restaurants

Nice hotel. The staff are friendly and they have a good breakfast.

The room was nice, if a bit minimalist. There was no closet, but there was a bar with hangars in the corner. The amenities in the lobby were excellent, and the breakfast was very good. I was very satisfied with my stay.

The room was not that quiet, but wasn't bad. the bed was amazing. an in room coffee maker would have been nice.

I very much enjoyed the freezing ice cold pool :D

Overall, the hotel is amazing. So many details really make it special. I would recommend to anyone I know. However, i observed on two different occasions what appeared to be homeless men in lobby. One i saw waiting at back door like he was used to being let inside, then again the next morning i saw him And another get on elevator. The other had a full plate of the breakfast food. The clerk at front desk when i arrived was delightful, but extremely hard to understand.

The moment the doors opened and I was greeted warmly and invitingly, my anticipation of an uptight traditional - Hilton hotel stay were gone. Well Appointed. Smart. Cordial Staff. We Have a WINNER!

The pool was not heated and my son wanted to go swimming which is why I picked this hotel. My room was on the 3rd floor and front desk came to get me out of my room to come talk to another customer that was staying on 2nd floor that complained about noise. I did not even have the tv on and was actually putting my son to bed so noise was obviously not coming from my room. I was bothered that the front desk came to bother me all the way to 3rd floor instead of investigating to see if noise was maybe coming from next door. They could have handled the situation instead of bothering another customer. I will definitely not be returning to this hotel and would not recommend it. I was also disappointed in the breakfast. They could have had more options.

Will never stay at this hotel again. Rude staff and very noisy. Bring your earplugs because you can hear your neighbors conversations and kids above stomping on the floor. Hotel staff said they could not control the noise level of customers and said I could leave but would not get a refund!!! I would rather sleep in my car than stay here.

Just loved this place. People are great, hotels clean and sanitary unlike the country inn in Lubbock Tx. Highly recommend the stay.

Very nice and clean

Heard stomping and running all night. Walls are thin, you can hear every step on floors abd doors opening and closing.

We love local and we’re having plumbing work at our house. I picked this hotel because my 4yo son loves to swim and it advertised that it was a heated pool. After breakfast we were told maintenance was being completed at the pool and to try again in an hour. We waited an hour called the front desk and she said it was still being worked on then we waited another hour and she said maintenance was finished but would take a a few hours for the pool to be heated to a proper temperature. So later in evening we went down and it was ice cold. Such a disappointment. I did like the aesthetics and overall decor and vibe. The staff was friendly. A few things about the layout of the room. Wall had some damage by the front door. The bathroom was huge but it was an handicap room. There was no coffee maker or closet. It was an open concept closet with the refrigerator underneath. This was a little annoying. The bed was comfy and decor was bright an airy. Not sure I’d stay or recommend this location again.

Just a very modern, comfortable, clean, quiet place to stay. The breakfast was very good as well with a big variety of offerings to start your day

There was no hot water in the evening/night on the 4th floor except in the mornings. They didn't have any noise control as there were people blaring music and their tvs at 1 in the morning. The location overall was clean but the attention to detail and staff were lacking large.

Front desk service people were so helpful. We ended up having to add a night, then another and they were extremely accommodating. There were multiple areas for our pups to do their business, and sidewalks to take them for walks. The building was extremely clean, sanitizing wipes provided. The provided breakfast was a little better than the normal hotel breakfast.

Amazing staff and super clean rooms

This was our first time staying at a Tru by Hilton and we weren’t sure what to expect. For the price paid we were blown away. We stayed for a soccer tournament and the hotel was modern and clean. There is a great lobby to hang out with fusbal tables and a collaboration room if you want a bit more privacy. Breakfast was pretty standard, eggs, sausage, pancakes. Overall great stay!

After a long day of travel checked in my room at 11:30pm to find a BIG ROACH crawling around. I originally booked a disability room, and was told they would switch me rooms the next day. It was late I was tired so I agreed. Never got switched back to an accessible room.

Brand new location. Wonderful experience. Will be staying here again in the future.

The stay itself was awesome. Great staff, clean location, pool was great, breakfast was all good (less the kid who dropped bread on the floor and put it back in the case). The walls seemed paper thin enough to hear the neighbors conversation word for word. Other than actions of other patrons my family and I had a great experience. Games in the common area was also a big plus, super family friendly cost effective location!
