We had a great stay here. It was a self service type experience but it all was simple and worked great for us. The bed was comfortable. It was very close to the main shopping areas in Kyoto with just a short walk and there were many great shops and restaurants down the side streets in the neighborhood as well. There was a great local grocery store just across the street too. The staff were helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean hotel and very clean rooms. Beds were a bit hard unfortunately. Super close to shopping and restaurants including Nishiki Market (about 7 min walk). Very quiet street and felt very safe. Staff was very helpful!! Would recommend this hotel!

Do not hesitate to book this hotel. It is modern clean and perfectly located in the middle of everything. Nikishi market, the local JR train and slew of restaurants are a 5-7 walk away.

Easy check in through their Kabin App which was fabulous and super convenient - also checked out through the app also.
Walking distance to Main Street with restaurants, shopping and transport. Easy to get to everything and nice sized rooms compared to other hotels we stayed at.
