Great location and super clean. Staff were very friendly. Wonderful, traditional Ryokan experience.
The room was tiny, but that’s what we expected. Two adults is the maximum number of people. If you plan on taking large suitcase pick somewhere else, you won’t be able to open it in the room.

Loved the wood finish and authentic japanese room . Futon was very comfortable and staff were very welcoming
I struggle with no windows .. but once I coujd see out it was fine

Great location and very friendly staff. Loved the matcha tea ceremony
The staircase was quite tight but the staff were very helpful with getting bags up and down the stairs

Was weird smell in the room, but quickly got used to it and was no problem
