The staff was great to me and my wife, the food was very good and the staff were helpful when it came to doing activities outside of the hotel. Will stay here again when I come back to Egypt

The hotel is located in a busy area but overall has a great view of the pyramids. The staff are friendly and housekeeping goes above and beyond. Would highly recommend this hotel. Their rooftop is breathtaking.

I honestly don’t know where to begin. This was my second stay at this hotel, and somehow they managed to exceed my expectations all over again.
When I made my reservation, I had booked a standard room. To my surprise, once they recognized me as a returning guest, they upgraded me to a beautiful and spacious suite with two bedrooms and a private jacuzzi. I was completely shocked and genuinely touched by this gesture.
This time my mother was traveling with me, which made the experience even more special. Seeing her happiness and comfort meant so much to me, and I am deeply grateful to the hotel team for making us feel so welcomed and appreciated.
What makes this hotel exceptional is not only the cleanliness, the delicious food, or the comfortable rooms—it’s the people. The kindness, respect, generosity, and genuine care they show their guests are truly rare. From the moment you arrive, you feel less like a customer and more like a valued member of the family.
Thank you to every single member of the team for your outstanding hospitality and for making our stay unforgettable. Your warmth and professionalism are the reason I keep coming back, and I will continue recommending this hotel to everyone I know.

Once again, leaving this wonderful place absolutely delighted!
I am leaving this hotel once again feeling incredibly happy and well taken care of. Every time I stay here, the experience gets even better.
First and foremost, a huge thank-you to Alaa. She is wonderfully warm, kind, and so effortless to communicate with. Her constant attentiveness and welcoming smile make you feel right at home from the very moment you step in.
Another standout highlight of this stay was Chef Waheed. Having a dedicated chef in the evenings specializing in authentic Italian cuisine is such an amazing touch for this hotel. His pasta dishes are out of this world—cooked to absolute perfection, and you will honestly want to try a different pasta every single evening! Above all, enjoying Chef Waheed’s delicious pasta right in front of the breathtaking Pyramid view is a completely different, unforgettable pleasure.
Mornings here are just as special, thanks to the wonderful breakfast service team: Nada, Youssef, and Heba. They are all remarkably friendly, cheerful, and attentive. Starting the day with their genuine hospitality, warm energy, and great service makes breakfast a true joy.
A heartfelt thank you to Alaa, Chef Waheed, Nada, Youssef, Heba, and the entire team for making another stay so memorable. I cannot wait to come back again!
