Bu otelde geçirdiğimiz zamandan son derece memnun kaldık. Odalar çok temiz, ferah ve konforluydu. 6 kişilik grubumuz için başlangıçta 2 oda rezervasyonu yapmış olmamıza rağmen, otel yönetimi güzel bir jest yaparak bize 3 oda tahsis etti. Üstelik tüm odalar balkonlu ve piramit manzaralıydı. Sabah ve akşam balkonumuzdan piramitleri izlemek unutulmaz bir deneyimdi. Tesisin temizliğine gösterilen özen gerçekten takdire değerdi. Yemekler oldukça lezzetliydi ve personel her zaman güler yüzlü, nazik ve yardımseverdi. Kendimizi müşteri gibi değil, misafir gibi hissettik. Kahire’ye tekrar gelirsek hiç düşünmeden yeniden burada konaklamak isteriz.
Her şey beklentilerimizin üzerindeydi, olumsuz bir deneyim yaşamadık.

Cercavamo un posto dove soggiornare che fosse più local e autentico e abbiamo avuto la fortuna di prenotare qui. Non è stato solo un posto dove stare 5 notti ma è stata una vera e propria esperienza. Handy è una persona fantastica e subito ci siamo trovati benissimo, come se fossimo a casa nostra. Ogni sera ci ha proposto una cena diversa e l'ultima sera ci ha preparato una cena speciale, un po' per far festa. È stato molto disponibile anche ad adattarsi, per ben 2 volte, ad anticipare la colazione prima delle 7 ed ad aspettarci al nostro arrivo, fino a mezzanotte, a cause del volo in ritardo di ben 3 ore. Anche in transfer dall'aeroporto è stato ottimo, con un autista molto cordiale e simpatico, anche lui ha dovuto aspettarci all'aeroporto a causa del ritardo. Questo ci è stato di grande aiuto perché, pur con l'inconveniente del volo e per più alla sera, tutto si è svolto senza stress. È stato anche molto bello la sera che siamo stati con lui a chiacchierare sulla terrazza del palazzo, parlando di vari argomenti, progetti futuri, ecc. È stato un momento speciale. Abbiamo avuto pure la camera con balcone e vista piramidi, anche se avevo prenotato una camera vista città. È stato facile anche il pagamento in euro, nel nostro caso in contanti, al nostro arrivo, l'importo è stato quello indicato su booking. Sicuramente da ritornarci.

We had a very good stay! A special thanks to Hany for the welcome and help. All the staff were very kind, the food was good and plentiful, and the view of the pyramids was really amazing. They also gave us some nice gifts. A very positive experience in Cairo!
