posizione ottima, bellissima vista del terrazzo e della camera sulle piramidi. staff disponibile istantaneamente per ogni richiesta.
pulizia che lascia a desiderare, colazione continentale troppo povera, ascensore dal piano terra al primo piano che era un montacarichi, rubinetto del bagno che funzionava male.

L’état de la chambre qui était propre, grande et fonctionnelle. Avec une vue sur les pyramides incroyable
Le personnel pas aimable et l’oublie de nos petits déjeuners
Nous sommes arrivés tard le soir et l’accueil était très froid, aucune explication…
Et notre petit déjeuner a été oublié, j’ai dû le réclamer à la réception. On nous l’amène mais sans boisson, et surtout sans couverts…. J’ai été demandé on m’a dit oui oui mais je n’ai quand même rien eu…. On s’est débrouillé avec mon fils de 8 ans pour manger rapidement comme on pouvait … grosse déception sur l’accueil vraiment alors que c’est la base pour un hôtel…

"location is great, splendid pyramid view at terrace. Room is clean with good smell, bed is soft. Staffs are really nice& and showed hospitality. Hazem is a good manager. Price is really fair."
