La casa è in un’ottima posizione, facile trovare parcheggio. La struttura è nuova , molto spaziosa e attrezzata.
Ci sono solo due punti a sfavore almeno per quanto riguarda la mia esperienza. Uno dei due potrebbero risolverlo , l’altro purtroppo no. Problema principale è che non è specificato da nessuna parte che l’appartamento si trova all’ultimo piano di un palazzo di 3-4 piani senza ascensore con una scalinata abbastanza scomoda. Il problema secondario, almeno nel mio caso, è che abbiamo avuto problemi con l’acqua calda nelle docce, abbiamo anche sollecitato con un messaggio ma ci è stato risposto di consultare il manuale d’uso della casa (cosa che avevamo già fatto ma non era servito a niente).

+ bed sheets were clean, A/C was working, good water pressure, good location
Would not stay again, everything is automated and no human input is present. Everything is managed in their booking site plus they contact you via WhatsApp number you can not call and if you contact them via message they wont respond, even within their "working hours". Number that you can call (from their website) is also automated and useless.
First problems arose after coming to check-in in front of the building, we gave them time of arrival and gave them information when we came - no response (we didnt know if someone will come or not, so we just stood there and waited).
Second problem was, we had cockroaches in our apartament and, to this day (60+ hours since i wrote) nobody responded to my message (even after check-out).
- very few hangers and storage areas, not very clean, balcony for 1 person, unusable shared space (couch in the living room/kitchen is small)
