The property is close to the city centre and port, which is very convenient, as pretty much everything is at a walking distance. The location is quiet and quite beautiful.
It is impossible to sleep downstairs without an AC. Yes, there were two fans left near the bed but in the scorching heat of Palermo, this is nowhere near enough. Absolutely not happy with this sleeping arrangement. The sofa bed was also very noisy as it made sounds every time you turn around.
No shower gel/ shampoo is provided which is a pity. Only one bar of soap for two bathrooms, one close to empty bottle of liquid soap provided for two bathrooms. And I repeat, this is an absolute necessity in the scorching heat of Palermo (about 34-36 degrees).
The staff, although very friendly and polite, took ages to respond both before our arrival and after it. For example, nobody told us where to leave the key. We just assumed it should be left on the table. When we messaged to ask in the morning, no response came until we were at the airport, which was about 3-4 hours after I messaged.

Красивый, старинный и очень уютный отель расположен в спокойном месте в центре города. В близости все достопримечательности, магазины, рестораны. Номер чистый, есть все необходимое. Персонал очень вежливый, всегда на связи, быстро реагируют на любые запросы.
На первом этаже есть вентилятор, но в жару этого недостаточно, хотелось бы, чтобы был кондиционер.
