Квартира в хорошем районе и новом доме — это плюс. Но с уборкой, к сожалению, большие проблемы. При заселении было много пыли, постельное бельё оказалось грязным — с волосами и крошками. Когда я его меняла, наш малыш ушёл на кухню и там проглотил скорлупу от семечек, которая лежала прямо на полу. Мы сильно перепугались — он покраснел, испуг был серьёзный. Потом оказалось, что и на ковре много мусора: волосы, скорлупки — явно не убрано.
Также ванна и туалет были в запущенном состоянии, мусорное ведро — наполовину полное, кондиционер не работал как надо, а кровать очень неудобная. При первом просмотре всё выглядело чисто, поэтому сразу согласились, но если бы заметили всё это — точно бы не сняли.

Только руки дошли до составления отзыва. Обычно я не всегда пишу отзыв, но тут прям невозможно не прокомментировать, так как хозяйка (или риэлтор) мошенница. Начну с того, что в букинге, спустя неделю, хозяйка указала, что я не останавливался в данной квартире (скорее чтобы не было отрицательного отзыва). Я бронировал данную квартиру через букинг на 2 ночи, и продлил еще на одну ночь. Оставил предоплату в размере 10 тысяч тенге (сказали, что вернут, если в квартире все будет ок и не будет задержек с выселением.
В день выселения, хозяйка написала в 9.30 утра, чтобы я оставил ключи под ковриком, что я и сделал и написал, что ок, в 12.00 можете приезжать и квартира будет свободной. В 13.30 мне пишет хозяйка, чтобы я выселялся, на что я ответил, что квартира давно свободна. Затем она начинает нервничать и обвинять меня, что в квартире пахнет сигаретой и заявляет, что удержит депозит. Я бы согласился с этим, но я вообще не курю, в квартире не могло пахнуть сигаретами. Потом она говорит, что я не выселился вовремя и вместо 12.00, освободил квартиру в 13.30, то есть она считает время выселения, когда она написала мне, выселился ли я. Я не понял ее логики или скорее всего она делает это специально, что удержать жалкие 5 тысяч тенге и разбогатеть на этих деньгах. В общем, от такого обмана я был в шоке.
Еще и нагло и грубо обращается, про запах сигарет, она потом говорит, я сказала что почувстовала)) Чувствительная такая) в общем, не связывайтесь с этой хозяйкой, сбережете нервы. За такую сумму, лучше найти другие варианты в атырау. Самое обидное, что я не был в атырау 10 лет (после 5 лет проживания) и такое нелюдское отношение не скрасило мою поездку.
Про сомнительные удобства, грязное постельное белье, пятна на полотенце, слабый напор воды и ржавчину в ванной я молчу.
