Местоположение, возможность онлайн заселение. Ещё стиралка норм работает.
В квартире все ушатано, все в крайне изношенном состоянии. Начиная с входной двери, которая просто так не закрывается. Ванная вообще не удобная, унитаз спроектировали для длинноногих гигантов, ванна шатается и забита волосами (частично самому пришлось почистить), с смесителя вода еле идёт. Унитаз подключен к горячей воде, пар идёт когда смываете. Далее освещение в квартире везде тускло, в кухне вообще три лампочки все время моргают. Самое главное это запах в гостиной, прокуренный был. Нету москитных сеток, в это время в городе было нашествие комаров и мошек. Кондиционеры еле работают и походу давно фильтр не чистили, запах чувствуется. Батарейки были только на один пульт кондиционера, на второй приходилось переставлять батарейки. Нашли две иголки на коврах. Чистота тоже так себе обеспечена, кухня и балконы особенно. Кровать матрас вообще неудобный, уже давно отработанный. Жили 4 ночи, честно намучались, возврата денег в условии преждевременно выезда не было. Ещё взяли залог 10000 тг и вернули только 9000 тг, на вопрос почему тупо начала игнорировать, в Вотсапе у них написано Prime Estate. Жаль фото забыл сделать.
