Great communication from Leonard with clear instructions about the place and how to get in with pictures which made it so easy. Really close to the train station and the Strand with river walk, parks and Lido. The area is quiet and feels safe. The house was spotlessly clean everywhere. The single room is small but has a wardrobe and TV and comfy bed and across the hall from the shared bathroom only shared by 2 other rooms. The price is really good and as a result I extended my stay and will be recommending to family and friends. Thank you Leonard.

Location, cleanliness, large room
Pillows were too firm, but thats just my opinion. Would be good to have a softer option also.

The bed was nice and the kitchen and facilities were nice.
The host relies upon the internet information to the exclusion of any paper based information in the room such as how to work the TV - I was unable to get a CODE. The toilet is under the stairs and is very small. There are no bedside tables or wardrobes to put anything on or in. The host was not available when I rang to enquire about the TV. The key box to obtain the keys was on a wall where there was no light to see what I was doing in order to input the CODE to get the keys for the door. The step inside the door - there was a metal strip that every time you entered the property - it was loose and you tripped over it. There were no net curtains for privacy. The carpet was poor. Paper based instructions in the room would considerably help people who are busy, especially those doing sport like myself.
