A beautiful old cottage with a yard for parking 2 cars and an outdoor seating area overlooking the canal where you can watch canal boats passing and chat to the many people walking by. Perfectly located for Eisteddfod showground and LLangollen Town centre.
The drop between stair steps are larger than modern stairways and may be problematic for those with mobility issues - I always kept hold of the stair rail until I was safely at the bottom.

Located in a good area close to town. Good size parking and has a washing machine and dryer which is great
The house needs a lot of tlc and maintainence and has a run down feel with a lot of damp and mould problems.
