apartamento com problemas significativos, mas boa localização.

O Flat é muito bem localizado e seguro. Está em frente a praia da Barra, que é linda, e muito próximo ao Farol. Muito tranquilo de sair e chegar a qualquer hora do dia. A localização é excelente e a equipe do Flat atenciosa. Boa internet.

O apartamento não estava em conformidade ao prometido. Estava sujo, com cabelo no ralo do banheiro, roupas de cama e banho empoeiradas e ralos entupidos. A cama estava Quebrada e a maçaneta do banheiro também. As portas de correr da cozinha estavam desalinhadas e 3 faixas fora do trilho. Muitos utensílios de cozinha danificados e o móvel da cozinha também. O ar condicionado não estava funcionando. A porta de vidro da varanda estava emperrada. No dia seguinte foi enviado um técnico que fez com que o ar refrescasse o quarto, mas o funcionamento do ar não ficou como deveria. No dia seguinte a limpeza foi realizada corretamente, mas eu entrei com o apartamento sujo e eu mesma tive que lavar o banheiro para usá-lo e forrar a cama com uma canga para dormir. No dia seguinte trocaram a roupa de cama. Durante toda a minha estadia o Flat esteve em obras com muito pó no corredor e na entrada e muito barulho. Na última semana de minha estadia a máquina de lavar parou de funcionar. O apartamento tem potencial de ser confortável, porém está sem manutenção. A equipe de limpeza é fraca, se não reclamar, a equipe de limpeza não higieniza bem o apartamento. Viajei a trabalho e foi muito demandante ter que falar várias vezes com a proprietária e a recepção para reparar coisas básicas, como as apontadas. Por mais que a proprietária respondesse prontamente, muitas coisas não puderam ser reparadas e eu perdi muito tempo da viagem com isso. Foi um desgaste desnecessário e demandante.

Quando chegamos havia ocorrido uma divergência de agendas e fomos acomodados em um outro quarto. A anfitriã foi extremamente atenciosa e acolhedora. Nos proporcionou um ótimo café da manhã e prontamente nos providenciou outra acomodação.

A acomodação providenciada não era parecida com a que fechamos, porém ficamos apenas uma noite e deu tudo certo.
