Great location with amazing views of the beach. Accommodated 8 people comfortably. Plenty of space to sit in the living room and dining room although we ate all meals on the back verandah overlooking the beach. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher.

Very inconvenient regarding provision of linen etc The other issue is not having. A lock box but having to drive to and from Nelson bay adds extra to
time travelling from Sydney

Incredible location and well stocked kitchen.
You have to pickup and drop off keys 15mins away - which adds 30mins to an already 2.5 hour trip from Sydney. It would be better if you put keys in a lock box at the property like all other BnBs
