Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Aussicht. Auch die Ausstattung hat ausgereicht. Der Zustand war bei der Ankunft sauber. Der Parkplatz ist etwas herausfordernd durch die Steigung aber machbar . Im Gesamten waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden in jedem Fall auch nochmal dort hin.
Die Unterkunft war zu Beginn (trotz Beschreibung) für uns etwas schwer zu finden . Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass man einiges an Treppen herunter laufen muss , so auch hinauf. Mit Gepäck, je nach Gewicht, eine mögliche Herausforderung.

The location is great, views are awesome and it’s a cosy place. Fabio was an awesome host, always ready to help. There are also stairs going down to the main road so you can shorten your walk to the beach if you want (but it takes some time to climb back 🙂)
The parking (like whole Madeira) is quite hilly but it’s not bad to park there. I recommend to drive there down after turning right at Miradouro do Pigarro. The street is pretty narrow but not so far from the parking spot. Also keep in mind that the main entrance is located few steps down so you need to drag your luggage through the stairs.

We enjoyed our 3 nights in Calheta with this rental as our base. It has a beautiful view, and it's very quiet and peaceful, especially in the evenings! The unit is well equipped with everything you could need and we especially loved being able to do laundry during our stay.
The driveway and the parking area is very steep and takes a while to get used to. The stairs outside the unit can lead you down to the town, but it's a bit of a trek. After doing it a few times on foot we got tired and decided to drive down!

Apartamento moderno. La ubicación del apartamento es buena, vistas inmejorables y hay de todo para cocinar y pasar unos días. Zona buena con muchos bares y buen ambiente.
Nosotros elegimos el apartamento, entre otras cosas, porque había lavadora. Pusimos la lavadora el primer día y no secó ni al tercero. Muchísima humedad, todos los textiles de la parte superior del apartamento están con con manchas de humedad así como las paredes, se siente húmeda hasta la cama. Hormigas en la cocina. El aparcamiento es complicado.
