My husband and son stayed for the USA rowing National Youth championship. They came home with a weeks worth of dirty laundry because my husband couldn’t find the washer and dryer. In the property owners defense he also didn’t ask where to find it. But it isn’t in the bungalow. Other than a note about where the washer and dryer are they said the property was clean, comfortable, and convenient for their needs. When I asked if he would go back should my son row again at nationals he said with emphasis “yes!”

This is a great cottage. Looking forward to coming back and will definitely book this place again. The host was very responsive to all my messages. Place is clean, private, great pool and area. Met all our needs.

Rooms were clean but TV remote wasnt working in one bedroom. Kitchen was very functional but handles on drawers fell off.

The place is ideal for a quiet and comfortable stay in Sarasota. The location is perfect for visiting Sarasota downtown and a short drive to Bradenton, etc. It is located in a very quiet setting, yet very close to routes 41 (800') and 301, less than 2 miles from Sarasota Airport. Three cottages share a nice large swimming pool and a laundry shed with three sets of washers/dryers. The setting as private as it gets. Inside is spacious very comfortable, clean and well maintained.Highly recommended!
