Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

One Seagrove Place will be undergoing a significant property improvement project. Extensive preparatory work is expected to begin shortly after Labor Day 2026, ahead of the main phase of the project currently anticipated to begin around November 1.
We want to make sure you are aware of the following potential impacts when planning your stay:
CONSTRUCTION NOISE
Guests should expect elevated noise levels during normal construction hours, with some phases of the project expected to be louder than others.
POOL CLOSURE
The property's 40-year-old pool will be completely renovated and will be unavailable during this phase of construction. The pool is expected to reopen in early spring 2027.
BEACH ACCESS
The direct beach walkway may shift at times due to construction activity. When necessary, guests will be directed to the public beach access walkway immediately next to the building.
BICYCLE RENTALS & STORAGE
On-site bicycle rentals and bike storage will be unavailable during the construction period. If you plan to bring your own bicycle, it must be stored on your vehicle during your stay. Bicycles are not permitted inside the building.
PARKING
Parking restrictions are expected during portions of the project. Additional information will be provided as specific restrictions and timelines are confirmed.

The view was beautiful. It had absolutely everything we needed. So easy to get to the beach. It’s close to EVERYTHING. Perfect location and not too busy.
It is definitely outdated - old kitchen utensils, comforters, the pull out couch had broken pieces but honestly we didn’t care. We were comfortable and had everything we needed to have the best stay and would 100% come back

The location can’t be beat, however there were many issues with this particular condo. The TV was broken. There was a large black spot on the top of the screen with lines running all across the screen. Roaches were attracted to wet towels on the bathroom floors. One of the toilets was wobbly. The dishwasher was very old. The prongs on the top rack were rusted. When ran, metal shavings would be left on the dishes. Our water bottles had magnetic pieces and the metal shavings would stick those magnetic pieces. The building itself is nice but I would consider a staying in a different condo.
