One Seagrove Place will be undergoing a significant property improvement project. Extensive preparatory work is expected to begin shortly after Labor Day 2026, ahead of the main phase of the project currently anticipated to begin around November 1.
We want to make sure you are aware of the following potential impacts when planning your stay:
CONSTRUCTION NOISE
Guests should expect elevated noise levels during normal construction hours, with some phases of the project expected to be louder than others.
POOL CLOSURE
The property's 40-year-old pool will be completely renovated and will be unavailable during this phase of construction. The pool is expected to reopen in early spring 2027.
BEACH ACCESS
The direct beach walkway may shift at times due to construction activity. When necessary, guests will be directed to the public beach access walkway immediately next to the building.
BICYCLE RENTALS & STORAGE
On-site bicycle rentals and bike storage will be unavailable during the construction period. If you plan to bring your own bicycle, it must be stored on your vehicle during your stay. Bicycles are not permitted inside the building.
PARKING
Parking restrictions are expected during portions of the project. Additional information will be provided as specific restrictions and timelines are confirmed.

The view was awesome and we enjoyed being beach front. The condo is old and needs updates in many areas that would make it a more comfortable stay. The condo was overall clean but the furniture is old and it can only look so clean. The main coach was dirty and needs steam cleaning.

This is an amazing condominium complex to stay in. The guest service is second to none! The unit that we stayed in, however, was very outdated. The tile floors looked to be nearly original, and unfortunately, so were the furnishings. The king sized bed in the master bedroom was ancient. The box springs were terribly worn, and every slat could be felt through the old spring mattress. I came on vacation to get rest and relaxation. That’s hard to do when the mattress and box springs are so incredibly uncomfortable. Also, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom was noisy. The bearings were obviously worn out. I had to use the vent fan in the bathroom to drown out the noise from the fan. I didn’t sleep well on this week long trip to the beach. The appliances were outdated as well. The fridge wouldn’t dispense ice, and the ice tray wouldn’t release from the ice maker. The front door doesn’t seal well, but the ac could still keep up, so this was a moot point. The balcony was tiny, but had a great view. I rented this unit for the balcony and the views. The furnishings were outdated as well, and the small sectional had multiple stains and smelled of urine. We found a dog bone in one of the living room chairs, which was odd, since there were no pets allowed in the rental. There was a large, fake plant in the living area that took up a lot of room. I feel like some more modern furnishings could have made a world of difference. Like I stated before, this trip was all about rest and relaxation, none of which was possible in this particular unit. The location was spectacular. The staff was incredibly nice. I know that the unit’s overall condition is beyond the control of the staff. Everything is nearby and convenient. I would definitely stay here again, just not in this unit. These are easy fixes, the owners just need to take the time and money to fix it.

It had very small bathrooms and living room furniture was worn and dirty I didn’t realize how dated it was. Also there was only 2 outside balcony chairs for a condo for 6 . They put 2 new tvs in the bedrooms when we got there but they were small 32inch . It needs a complete makeover.
