Lovely new build. This quaint modern home is located on a small bluff with a park just feet from the backyard. Biking aficionados should look no further for there are a plethora of trails & main paths leading to Madison and out to the country. This home is located in an ideal location, just 10 minutes to Epic. It is walking & biking distance from restaurants, coffee shops, movie theater, Target, HyVee, and many more. Cozy up by the fireplace or enjoy cocktails on the screen porch & deck.

This was a great property for our long weekend in Madison. The 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms worked perfectly for our extended family all traveling from different places to relax and have enough space and privacy. The location is a short drive to Madison, where we spent a lot of our time. The kitchen was very well stocked and our hosts ensured we had all the information we needed. Great house in a great location.

Property is newer, clean, spacious, quiet & the park in the backyard is amazing. The kids could run around & adults can keep an eye on them from the house. We had everything we needed as far as kitchen, bathroom & laundry supplies.Megan is prompt with replies & quite helpful. I would recommend if you wish to stay close to Madison but not in the city proper.

Great choice for graduation weekend and our extended family here for the event. Not too far from Madison and a quiet community with amenities nearby.

We have nothing but good things to say about our experience. We were in Madison for our son’s wedding and needed multiple beds and baths for extended family. This house was perfect. The neighborhood ideas convenient to all our activities and quiet. I definitely recommend Blue Ridge Home.
