Every inch of this space has been thoughtfully curated to ignite your sense of wonder and bring smiles to your faces. **PROPERTY LAYOUT** The house is built on 2 levels and can be split into two self-contained luxury apartments, one on each level. — LOWER LEVEL—- (3 BEDROOMS + 2 full Bathrooms) BEDROOM 1: King Bed BEDROOM 2: Queen Bed BEDROOM 3:Private bunk room with an ensuite bathroom and kitchenette —UPPER LEVEL— (2 Bedrooms + 1 Full Bathroom) BEDROOM 4: Queen Bed BEDROOM 5: Queen Bed TWO Fully-equipped kitchens, TWO living areas, plus 2x private rear decks with outdoor seating for your group to enjoy an evening glass of wine! You'll have exclusive use of our home's original cozy layout for the duration of your stay. Located in a vibrant neighborhood, you'll have easy access to local attractions, eclectic shops, and trendy eateries, ensuring that your stay is filled with excitement and discovery. Enjoy fast G-Fiber WiFi, a 65" TV with access to Sling, Netflix, and Disney+, and relish in the charm of the eclectic decor, original features, and captivating bedrooms that make this stay truly one-of-a-kind. Guest Access: Guests have access to the whole HOUSE The Neighborhood: Nestled in the charming Rosedale neighborhood of Kansas City, this home offers an ideal location near the esteemed KU Medical Campus and the vibrant 39th Street district. Just a quick 5-minute drive from downtown KC, you'll have easy access to the city's bustling attractions and amenities. Other Things to Note: HOUSE RULES: No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings or No Unregistered guests. Please indicate the number of guests prior to booking. Be kind to the neighbors. Do NOT block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am. LOCAL guests - please send us a message before booking. We cannot host local guests without prior authorization or preapproval.
