Loved this hotel. Set back off the main street, in a quiet spot, it was a lovely place to stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was large and the bed and pillows were excellent and very comfortable. I loved the pool area as it gave guests a central spot at the resort to meet, with a small waterslide and splash park for kids. It'll be even better once the rooftop pool and bar area are complete from construction.
The food in the restaurant was great and the happy hour drink specials were affordable.
The breakfast was a slight let down. There was enough of a selection, but they really do need to improve on the selection of cereals and pastries, as I'm not one for eating hot food in a hot climate for breakfast.
The bathroom was a tad small, but the size and comfort of the room made up for it. And they need to include a face washer or hand towel in the bathroom, as this was missing.

We arrived late at night with our 3 small kids and it was exactly what we needed to feel refreshed and comfortable. The staff were lovely, the facilities were very clean and felt new. Breakfast was great and our kids loved the pool area - the kids area is great for small children. Incredible room set up for a family of 5, hard to find anything else like it! Really great for being able to put our baby down for a nap without leaving the hotel room.
Nothing - other than it was in a quiet area of Phuket with not much else around, but you can see there is a lot of development going on.

Beautiful place with the kindest staff. Gigi the manager made our stay very comfortable and smooth. You can go to her for any problems and she is always efficient in assisting. The room itself was huge (with pool access) and the pool was very relaxing. We did not want to leave the hotel! The (public) beach near the hotel isn't the cleanest but the hotel has shuttle to take you to nearby bigger beach which is good one. However, near the hotel you have access to good restaurants, spa, grocery, smoothie shop (that is really good) and room with pool access was the most comfortable experience for the price. As we went in off season prices were low so definitely a good deal. The housekeeping staff were also the sweetest! Their cleanliness and all amenities are top notch.

Great location. Big bed. Great pools. Still quite modern.
My daughter’s roll out bed was really just a couch with a small mattress placed on top and it was so hard she could barely sleep.
Check out was 12 but when we got back at 11.30 to our room we had been licked out so had to get a cleaner to unlock.
Pools good but had to wait upstairs in heat for staff to open rooftop pool as no staff. This meant we had to call down to get drinks. No food to be eaten by pools so had to either leave resort or eat at their restaurant.
Breakfast options reasonable but things like sausages, dumplings etc were Luke warm.
