Lovely flat in the heart of Verona

Beautiful and clean property, right in the heart of Verona . Barbara is very helpful and has given us all the information prior to our arrival. The flat is very nice, kitchen has everything you need. Prime location next to local supermarket, close proximity to Verona’s landmarks , restaurants etc.

We liked everything 🤗

Exceptional, luxurious apartment in the heart of historic Verona

A large double aspect corner apartment, with good layout, views out over town, and beautifully presented - Persian rugs throughout for example. Right at the heart of historic Verona. Hosts communicated well throughout our stay.

A TRULY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

This was a horrible experience that I would not recommend to anyone; everything was disappointing. An absolute disgrace.

This was a horrible experience!!! The host was incredibly rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. She does not respect current GDPR laws. Instead of meeting her guests to inspect our documents in person (which is required by Italian law), she insists that guests send photos of both sides of their personal documents via WhatsApp. This practice is illegal. After we refused to do so and asked her to either accept the written data details or check our documents in person, she completely ignored all our messages. She didn’t send us the check-in instructions. She left us waiting all day outside on the street. I repeat, this was a horrible experience! Except for the location, nothing matched the property advertisement. I suppose the host deliberately chose not to prepare the apartment for our stay. The property was extremely dirty, the furniture was old and had a strong odour, the air conditioning did not work. Furthermore, the host is using the property to illegally sell various products that are on display in the property. The law should prohibit such individuals from renting out apartments and scamming tourists. Absolutely not worth the money. Way overpriced for what it offers.

Juliet would be jealous of this place. Loved it.

Perfect location, only a few steps from "Casa di Julieta" and the main square, and just a few minutes' walk from the Arena, and very well connected to the public bus system. The bus station is 1 min away, to take you to the main bus and train station. The apartment itself is fully equipped with all you need, and it is spottles clean. The host, Barbara, is very polite and responsive, explaining everything there is to know about the apartment. She had left a few bottles of water in the fridge, which was much appreciated, since we checked in during midday, and it was quite hot outside. Needless to say, plenty of restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, shopping, and markets around (Conad next door), which is awesome. Almost forgot: the castle and funicular to get there are only a 10 min walk; you will enjoy a beautiful sunset. Also, if you need to drop your luggage, there are a couple of places only a few meters away from the apartment. As you can tell, we have found our new spot in Verona. :-)

Honestly, everything went very well; nothing bad to say. Oh, if you are worried that the apartment might be noisy, considering the location, that is far from the truth. Even though it is centrally located, the windows are awesome at cancelling the noise, and the neighbourhood is chill, so no noise to be worried about. And we visited Verona at the end of July, which is pretty peak season, I would say. Still good.

Beds were super comfy. Kitchen was well stocked.

The property has a slow response time. There is also no parking on site nor is it included so that should be mandated to take that down from their offering.
