We loved our stay in this historic and beautiful Verona apartment. The location could not be better: perfect for exploring every corner of this fantastic city. The hosts are incredibly welcoming. They could not have been more helpful and we relied on their restaurant recommendations with happy success. The kitchen is indeed small, but so well and strategically laid out it was an absolute pleasure to use. The supply of basics was impressive, as well as the addition of kind extras such as yogurt and milk. While you step outside right into the heart of the action, once inside again the rooms are surprisingly quiet. And that beautiful view! We loved every minute of our stay.

This top floor apartment in the heart of the old city is comfortable and has a lot of charm. Michaela and Nicola are very thoughtful hosts who prepared the apartment with mineral water, snacks, coffee, etc to make for a very welcoming experience. True super hosts!

This was our second stay in this apartment and it will not be our last. The location is exceptionally convenient without being noisy - just off the Piazza Erbe, you have restaurants, shops and easy walks to the major sites within the historic center. The views from the windows are quintessential Verona. The owners are very easy to reach and provide useful information and support.

We came for a 14th century reenactment and were thrilled by our host pointing out the 13th century ceiling beams in our apartment! Right between Erbe and Signori on an adorable street, we didnt believe the view until we saw it with our own eyes! Couldnt have asked for a more perfect apartment for our visit!

Was received by Nicola who introduced us to this beautifull appartment. Well restored in a building from the 1200s. And with the important addition of ac. The fridge was well stocked wine, beer, juice etc. It is up 100 steps - but there is also a lift. We really enjoyed our three days in this great city. And would without a doubt choose this place next time

The apartment is beautiful, large, and located in a great location in the old town. There were plenty of towels, toiletries in the showers room, and breakfast, snack items, and condiments in the cupboard and refrigerator. The host was waiting for us outside the apartment building even though I had initially provided an incorrect, later arrival time. The air conditioners also worked well and were quiet. The front-loading washing machine was clean and there was a drying rack for our laundry. The only complaint we had is that the mattress in the main bedroom was thin, not supportive (for my husband who sleeps on his stomach), and you can feel the metal springs through the mattress top. I slept on the bed, but my husband had to put the couch cushions on the floor of the lounge area and sleep on these.

Stayed here for a week while in town for a wedding. Fantastic location, close to shops and great restaurants. I felt very safe in the neighborhood and the building has great security measures in place. Highly recommend this apartment and already hoping I can return to Verona and stay here again

The hosts were so kind and helpful, provided welcome snacks and advice for where to go, we especially liked Nicola's suggestion for the funicular and San Pietro views and gelato across the river. The air conditioning was excellent for the surprise hot days, the location was perfect, right next to the beautiful Piazza di Signori. The beds worked well for 2 adults and 2 kids, plenty of room. Thanks for sharing such a lovely place to stay!!

What a great experience. Our hosts were incredibly helpful, with Nicola even carrying our luggage to a taxi when the marathon prevented taxis from getting to the flat. The apartment itself is perfect and so well stocked with provisions, brochures and information about Verona. So helpful! Nicola and Micaela are the perfect hosts. They have made our stay in Verona really memorable.

This property is pretty much ideally located - an easy ten minute walk to the central train station, a block from the tourism office and main street, yet quiet and comfortable. Its sixth floor location and balcony offers lovely views across the city. The elevator makes access unstressful. The apartment is bright and comfortably furnished, and having a washer/dryer makes longer stays easy. The shower and toilet are in different rooms, but this is a minor inconvenience - and would be a benefit if traveling with more than a couple. We will certainly be back when we are again in Avignon.

Lovely property, right in the centre so fantastic to walk everywhere. Owners were really nice and helpful and left lots of bits in the fridge toeards breakfast.

The apartment was in an excellent location and the the owners were wonderful. They had breakfast items for us and plenty of information about the lively city of Verona. Nicola was there to greet us and carried our luggage up and down the numerous steps. He called a cab for us when we left and waited for cab to arrive. The service provided at this rental was above a beyond. Grazie!

Leading up to the holiday Micaela quickly answered questions and on arrival we were warmly welcomed by Nicola. Everything we needed was there in the apartment, so many places to eat but we had meals in as well. Three floors up whilst in the historic heart of the city it was quiet and has a fabulous view. Many sights to see, within walking distance, learning a lot, and a really comfortable place to relax in watching Rai Film on the TV! We felt very welcome at the apartment and in the city generally.

An excellent apartment well located in the historic centre off Piazza Erbe. Our hosts Nicola and Micaela were very responsive on email and were there there to meet us when we arrived. Top floor in smart stairwell with very small lift. The apartment was spotlessly clean and was well stocked - even with some welcome provisions. Lovely high ceilings and views. Highly recommended.

The perfect place to stay while visiting Verona. Nicola and Miceala are the perfect hosts,and anticipated our every need. Apartment is central to the city and all the great sights were within walking distance. They suggested some restaurants and they were fantastic. Comfy ,cozy and clean. We will be back!

Loved the historic building and being so close to all of the attractions. Had lots of information for the city, even a 120 v converter. The kitchen was stocked, lots of hot water. There is only one improvement I would suggest, an upgraded mattress for the double room.

The hosts Michaela and Nicola were exceptional. It is located right behind the square but it’s not noisy. There was everything we could have needed in the apartment. Highly recommend.
