The gentleman behind the counter was exceptional. We were staying with my daughter who has a dog. My wife had an allergic reaction to him so we needed a different place to stay. We mentioned this and CJJ mentioned they are a pet friendly hotel, so if we had any issues with the room to let him know and they would get a different room. We also had to leave early due to the snowstorm forecasted and CJJ worked with us and our early departure. CJJ went above and beyond our expectations and could not be happier with our experience.

Location was perfect. Large Comfortable room and bed. We definitely enjoyed our stay.
We had to stay in a handicap accessible room which we did not care for and had some difficulty getting the shower turned on.

Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The pillows are the worst hotel pillows I’ve seen. We stayed three days. The maid didn’t come in our room at all so I had to call for clean towels. Finally, the hotel charged me an extra fee when I checked in even though I paid in full through booking.com
