Clean and comfortable apartment just outside the pedestrian center. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bed.
The ceiling windows took a bit getting used to. OMG! The parking space could not be any smaller. Luckily, we were driving a Clio. Had to pull out to put anything in.

Appartement bien sympa et bien situé par rapport au centre ville. Secteur très calme. La literie est confortable, la chambre est relativement grande. La cuisine est bien équipée. Un tout petit coin salon équipé d'une grande télé !
Bref une bonne adresse que je conseille.
L'éclairage en panne dans l'ascenseur, mais ça c'est la responsabilité du syndic !

The space is really good, there's a washing machine, the airconditioner works well and they left it on thankfully. The light coming from the clairvoy is pretty good, the elevator works well.
There's only one thing that needs to be enhanced: half of the parking spot is taken by overgrown plants, that needs to be trimming the person on the right side of the car has to get out before the car gets parked.

Palazzina moderna in una gradevole strada residenziale e riservata a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. Molto vicina la rue d’Italie, piena di boulangerie e di bar per fare colazione. Funzionale accesso con i codici sia al portoncino di ingresso che alla porta dell’appartamento. Il mio appartamento è una mansarda. l’interno, con spazi funzionali, è arredato in maniera minimale ma è come nuovo. Ci sono 3 grandi velux molto alti, ma non una scaletta per raggiungerli. Danno luce ma essendo così alti non consentono una visibilità esterna. Il bagno ha una bella grande doccia, senza mensole per i prodotti. C’è un grande smart tv, che personalmente non ho accesso.
Il mio parcheggio, come si vede in foto, è adatto per un’auto di piccole dimensioni. Già con un mezzo di fascia media è difficoltoso aprire una portiera. Il posto auto è anche ingombrato da una vasta siepe non tagliata. La presa elettrica in bagno non funziona. Le dotazioni nell’appartamento sono a dir poco minimali. Viene fornito un solo asciugamano a testa ed erano assenti cose che possono essere utili per un soggiorno anche breve, tipo rotolo di carta da cucina, tazzine da caffè, una tovaglia di ricambio ecc. Ho trovato irrituale la richiesta, formulata già nel messaggio di accoglienza, di provvedere in autonomia a gettare i rifiuti. Prima volta che mi succede. Tengo a precisare che il commento tiene conto anche del prezzo richiesto per il soggiorno, certamente non economico.
