The large windows with the sea view. The room was very large and comfortable. Ideal location for a quiet break.
I think there were some minor finishing details that would have had good impact, like an umbrella for the outdoor seating, hand wash in the bathroom, a cushion on the sofa.

I really liked the location. The staff was very helpful and always had a smile. The place exceeded my expectations. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Sunvada.

Second time we stayed here on our trip. Great value for money and the breakfast is very adequate for the price. Staff are very friendly. It's right across from the beach, almost next door to 7/11 and just past that a delicious restaurant. Massage place less than 10min walk.
Best place to stay in the area we think.
Could do with a hand towel in room.
First Villa overlooking sea was great. This time stayed in Sail house further back and it wasn't cleaned as well but still for the price, very good.
Bit noisy from surrounding area but not the hotels fault. Beds are very hard.

The location is fantastic—incredibly convenient and within walking distance of almost everything. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the room itself was spacious and generally very clean. However, the standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff. Their service was exceptional; everyone was helpful, welcoming, and went above and beyond. They are the primary reason I am rating my overall stay a strong 9 out of 10.
The only thing holding this back from a perfect score was a minor issue with ants in the bathroom and near the desk area. It wasn't a heavy infestation—just a small number of them—and they didn't appear anywhere else in the room. It was more of a nuisance than a major problem, but it did prevent the experience from being a flawless 10.
