Only 1 bedroom, no wifi, 5 floors, no lift (long way up). Great area, very quiet, comfy bed.

We stayed at this apartment, and while the location is great—close to everything—there were several issues we faced. Firstly, Salvatore the person that met us with the keys right on time was incredibly nice and patient, having to deal with our complaints because the owners provided misleading information about the property. The area is very central and convenient. The double bed and the smaller sofa bed (140 cm) were comfortable enough for us. The apartment is quiet as no bars under neath or anything so no noise. The sheets and towels were clean. The apartment itself fell short of expectations. It could use some improvements in terms of cleanliness, amenities, and accurate information in the listing. If you want the couch bed prepared as you need 2 beds let them know as no extra sheets in the apartment.

• The apartment was advertised as having two bedrooms, but it actually only has ONE. The second "bedroom" is a sitting room with a small sofa bed (140 cm) and a single couch bed (80cm). • The listing also didn’t mention that the apartment is on the 4th or 5th floor (high floors) with no elevator. The stairs are very steep and not well-kept, so if you have mobility issues, this is not the place for you. Even if you don’t its a long way up and down. • The bedroom and living room both lack windows, which was quite disturbing, the light came in from the hall as there are glass panels in the doors(bring an eye mask if sensitive to light). • There’s no Wi-Fi, despite the listing suggesting it. We were told there was a modem (there was NO modem), but there was no Wi-Fi signal, and the 4G reception inside the apartment was almost non-existent because of the thick walls. • The apartment wasn’t very clean—there was dust behind and on top of things. The bathroom seemed clean on the surface, but the grouting, the bottom of the toilet, and other details were neglected. • The reversible air conditioning didn’t work, despite changing the batteries. Thankfully, it wasn’t too cold during our stay. • There were only two very thin pillows when we arrived. After asking, we did get 2 more. • The bathroom had a terrible smell, like garlic, which was unpleasant. • The shower is very small making it hard to move around & full of limescale, . Even though we’re not big, it felt cramped, and the shower head didn’t work well. The button to switch the shower head didn’t function properly. We personally tried to descale the shower head with a descaling product in the apartment but it didn’t really help a lot. • There are no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, though there are plenty in the hall. • The kitchen had a sign saying there would be coffee, honey, chocolate, and other things, but none of these were actually available.
