Apartamento perfecto para viajar con un niño pequeño. Muy bien equipado, con dormitorio separado y cocina completa, lo que nos facilitó muchísimo los días con nuestro hijo de dos años. Además tenía juguetes, con los que jugó muchísimo. El check-in autónomo funcionó sin ningún problema y las instrucciones eran muy claras. Pero lo que más destacamos es el trato de Dajana y Nicola: atentos, rápidos respondiendo y flexibles en todo desde el primer momento. Ringgenberg es un pueblo tranquilo, con bus cada media hora a Interlaken Ost (gratis con la guest card) y todo a mano. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Desde la parada del autobús hay unos 5-10 minutos andando cuesta arriba hasta el apartamento. No es un problema si vas con mochila, pero con maletas grandes conviene tenerlo en cuenta.

Bellevue Apartment is in a wonderful location that combines the comforts of modern life with the peaceful atmosphere of a traditional Swiss village. It is surrounded by beautiful nature, greenery, gardens and fruit trees, while still being conveniently located for exploring Interlaken and the many attractions in the surrounding area, especially easier if you have a car. We particularly enjoyed the immediate surroundings of the house. The green gardens and fruit trees give the area a lovely countryside atmosphere. My children even picked and ate a few pieces of fruit from the trees, which was a nice little experience for them. :) The apartment itself was clean, tidy and well maintained, just as shown in the photos. It was also equipped with most of the things we needed during our stay, although there was no washing machine. I would also particularly like to thank the host for something that happened on the day we left. Unfortunately, we accidentally left the oven switched on (could not find a timer lock). We had already travelled to an area with no mobile reception and therefore could not reach out and inform the host immediately. Thankfully, the host was able to check the apartment quickly, switch it off and prevent any possible damage. They informed us very politely, and we are genuinely grateful for their quick response and understanding. Overall, the surroundings are green and beautiful, the location is excellent for exploring the Interlaken region by car, and the apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped.

The main issue for us was the way the accommodation was presented in the listing. When I made the reservation, the wording “entire apartment”, together with the main photograph showing the whole villa, gave me the impression that we would have the entire house to ourselves. This was particularly important to me because we were travelling with our children. I had deliberately looked for a detached and private property so that they could enjoy this part of our holiday without me constantly having to remind them to keep their voices down. In reality, our apartment was only the lower level of the house — what some might describe as the ground floor and others as the basement/lower-ground floor. There were other people living directly above us, apparently the host's family. Therefore, I still had to remind my children to be particularly quiet, especially at night, and we could also hear noise coming from upstairs. Had it been clearly stated that this was a lower-floor apartment within an occupied house, I personally would not have booked it, even though the apartment itself was nice. I think the listing and photographs should make this arrangement much clearer. there is no real panoramic or mountain view. One side mainly looks directly onto the nearby trees, while the other side is partly below ground level. Finally, there was a small issue regarding the tourist tax. I realised myself that I had not yet paid it and contacted the host to remind them. We agreed that I would leave the money in the apartment before checking out. I had already separated the amount and placed it under a vase ready for them. However, on the evening before our departure, the host came to the apartment specifically to collect the tax. Perhaps this is normal locally or culturally, but personally I found it a little uncomfortable, especially as we had already agreed that I would leave it before departure and I had been the one to remind the host about the payment in the first place.

Location and space for the whole family was really enough.

The cleanliness leaves much to be desired, many places with cobwebs and the lack of mosquito nets on the windows attracts all kinds of flies and bugs into the house. Especially since it was very hot and we had to keep the windows open. Lack of air conditioning. Probably would be good to install one especially the new heat wave that will cover Europe from the next years.

Narrow roads and gets quite hot on a hot summer day. Recommend host to get more fans in the unit.
