Lovely little cottage with access to an indoor heated pool, although we didn't use this, and an outdoor hot tub, which we did use every day.
Log burner was a great addition with wood replenished as we required.
The setting was delightful; it was like an oasis of calm.
Peter met us on arrival and was very helpful with local knowledge.
It was our anniversary and there was a bottle of Prosecco and a card waiting for us which we thought was such a lovely touch. There was also a welcome basket with milk, biscuits and local eggs along with tea, coffee and sugar which was provided.
A lovely relaxing break and we would highly recommend this cottage. We'll hopefully be back in the future.

Beautiful inside and out the grounds are lovely and well kept , nice and peaceful and we was very lucky to have great weather , the swimming pools and hot tub really made our stay even more special especially for my Grandson who has sensory issues he got straight in the pool and his confidence amazed us as he normally hates water really was such a lovely few days and will definitely book again Thank you Peter & Karen

Beautiful setting. Loved seeing the sheep, rabbits and birds. Pool and hot tub were lovely. Log fire was really nice. Loved using inflatable goal in pool. Peter was very friendly and came straight out to see us and before we left and very welcoming. Really nice card and prosecco on arrival as was my birthday treat. Truly loved it all!!!
If was being picky: Pool temperature for me could've been degree or 2 warmer. Be nice if time could use pool and hot tub later than 8pm (although did get to on first night as arrived late as had to work). If was rainy, going out to get to the pool could make it less enticing
