Great location, two great pubs within walking distance along with a superb butchers. Rye, Winchelsea and Hastings all close enough to visit and shop.
We stayed for a month and found the kitchen well equipped and the team that managed the property kindly supplied a brand new cloths airer (within 24 hours) after we approached them re laundry drying.
Very comfortable for a couple with small dog, we did have friends visit us so used second upstairs bedroom, whilst the bathroom is located via the main bedroom we were aware of this so planned around that, along with a toilet on the ground floor meant there were no issues.
Owner, property manager and housekeeper were all contactable and extremely responsive via text which was great 😊
Lots of books and great selection of Apps on the TV as well

sfeer in het huisje. complete inrichting . weliswaar foute wifi ww in de handleiding maar na het juiste ww was het wifi echt top
bestek en servies was deels vies; hygiëne overall is een aandachtspunt .

Location cottage and area beautiful
One en-suite bathroom not suitable for more than one couple. A b a b site clearly states this yours does not vendor says they have told you booking .com about this
