Conservatory and views from it and the patio. It was brightly lit and warm even on our rainy day. The confortable beds. The space. ..big rooms and felt spacious for 4 of us and our Sprocker dog. We and she loved the secure outside space all round the house that was so well fenced off behind hedges that we had no worry she might escape. It was especially lovely with sun on the side patio up until about 3pm. Then also great views of sunsets the other side.
Not a major grouse for us as we so loved the good points above, but we would comment that decoration and carpets (especially conservatory) seemed rather tired. If some money/time was spent inside and out this property would command a much higher, top end price tag. Note for owner - only 2 of 4 toaster slots worked and the freezer needed defrosting and had a broken drawer. In fairness, we didn't raise this while on site.

Comfortable, spacious and clean- loved the terraces and the view is amazing
Other visitors reviews alerted us to worn carpets and slightly overgrown garden so this was not unexpected
