A second covered area with comfortable chairs invites you to relax with a drink and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. Inside, the air-conditioned living area is designed for comfort and style, with a leather sofa and an open-plan layout that includes the kitchen and dining area, both overlooking the pool, and the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped, making meal preparation a pleasure. Porec is within easy walking distance. There is a restaurant just 300 metres away and a shop 500 metres from the house. Explore the lively stone streets and cosy restaurants of the old town and visit the impressive Basilica of Euphrasia, a masterpiece from the 6th century. Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 26 or under.
