Villa Lara
Villa Lara is a beautifully furnished and renovated holiday home in the quiet village of Belavii on the east coast of Istria. Just 6 km from the nearest beach and a short drive from Pula, it offers both tranquillity and easy access to local attractions. Nearby you will find a pizzeria, a shop and an agritourism place with local cuisine. The villa is set on a spacious plot and is ideal for families. It has a swimming pool, a covered terrace with barbecue and lots of play equipment for children. Villa Lara consists of two separate units connected by external stairs. The ground floor comprises a cosy living room with fireplace and access to the terrace, a dining room for six people overlooking the pool and a well-equipped kitchen. There are also two double bedrooms, a shower/WC and a separate WC. The first floor mirrors this layout and offers additional space and privacy. A visit to nearby Pula is a must, where you can explore the magnificent Roman amphitheatre, stroll through ancient streets and experience the rich cultural heritage of this vibrant coastal town. Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 26 years or under.
